  1. 01Appointments

    A requested slot is confirmed only after our team calls or messages you back. Please arrive five minutes early; arriving more than fifteen minutes late may shorten or reschedule your service.

  2. 02Cancellations

    Standard services can be cancelled or moved free of charge up to four hours ahead. Bridal and package bookings require 72 hours' notice; advances are transferable to another date once.

  3. 03Pricing

    Listed prices are starting points. Final pricing depends on hair length, density and product used, and is always shared with you before the service begins.

  4. 04Bridal bookings

    Wedding dates are held against an advance. Trials are scheduled separately and their outcome is used as the reference look for the function.

  5. 05Memberships

    Membership value is prepaid, non-refundable and non-transferable, valid for twelve months from purchase, and usable across all services unless stated otherwise.

  6. 06Results & aftercare

    Chemical services depend on your hair's existing condition and history. We advise on realistic outcomes beforehand and provide aftercare guidance; results also depend on home care.

  7. 07Belongings & safety

    Please keep valuables with you; the studio is not responsible for items left behind. Inform us of allergies, skin sensitivities or pregnancy before any treatment.
