When you request an appointment we collect your name, mobile number, chosen service, preferred date and any notes you share. Walk-in guests may be asked for a name and number only.

How we use it
Your details are used to confirm and manage your appointment, to prepare the right products for your service, and occasionally to share offers if you have agreed to receive them.
What we never do
We do not sell, rent or trade guest information. We do not share your number with third-party marketers.
Photographs
Before-and-after photographs are only taken and published with your explicit permission. You may withdraw that permission at any time and we will remove the images.
Retention & access
Booking records are kept only as long as needed for service history. You can ask us to correct or delete your details by calling the studio.
